150m – 90% / 1′

200m – 85% / 1’30

250m – 80% / 1’30

50m – 100% / 45″ rest

Alternate between freestyle and breaststroke every lap.

Although I completed this workout in about 45mins and there was only ~30mins of sprints, it felt waaaayyy longer than that! Feel like my lungs expanded…
