Easy Trail Run

Distance: 2.6 Miles
Notes: First time back on the trails after a little more than 1 week’s break. Ankle much better now but still have to be extra careful! Took it really easy.

7PM – Aerobic Endurance 

Cycling Grocery Trip
Distance: 3.6 Miles x 2
Notes: No resistance training for today to give my muscles a chance to regenerate! Looking forward to some tmr!
