Intermediate Bodyweight Circuit 1 

10 rounds of:

  1. 5 pull-ups / chin ups
  2. 5 handstand push-ups
  3. 5 toe to bar / front lever
  4. 5 alternating jump lunges each leg

Completed on:

20th July 2016 – Was planning to do 20 rounds but cut back since I was a little fatigued
