Hill Sprints: One of the Most Efficient Workouts

Found a new spot for hill sprints the other day! β›°πŸƒπŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

This takes me about 2 mins but it’s so steep that I’m unable to sprint all the way up. (I end up power walking the last bit) 😝

I believe sprinting is an important part of a balanced fitness plan. As important as strength building and long-slow cardio.

Furthermore, hill sprints are a really effective way of working out and revving up your metabolism!

4 hard sets up the hill with easy jogging down might only take you 20 mins but is a hellava workout! πŸ‘ŠπŸ»

Do this twice a week and feel the difference in both your energy and overall fitness! (Plus the prolonged and increased β€œafterburn or fat-burning effect” it has in the hours to days that follow is totally worth it πŸ˜‰)
