Since realizing that fasting can have a profound immunosuppressive effect in as little as one day, I have been experimenting with fasting repeatedly and to date, have fasted up to 16 days. I have also tried various types of fasts from a pure water fast to a juice fast, a bone broth fast and a whey fast. All of which have great therapeutic effects, mainly in the form of symptom relief and downregulating the immune system and consequently, the amount of inflammation in my system. I am still experimenting and so will continue to update this page as time goes by.
